Here’s how the phone consultation works:
  • You complete an intake form that we send you. You return it along with any pertinent medical records.
  • You have a phone interview with Dr. Ostroff lasting about one hour.
  • Dr. Ostroff applies her knowledge and experience to create a set of written recommendations specific to your personal circumstance.
  • Your recommendations are sent via email or postal mail.
  • You can schedule a 30-minute follow up phone visit with Dr. Ostroff to put your plan into action and get your questions answered.
  • Each consultation is charged according to time spent.
